Praying for South Africa together

So much of Hatfield’s legacy is rooted in prayer. We recognise, and can testify about the power of prayer in transforming lives and nations – and we want to continue growing our roots deeply and strongly in God.

We invite you to stand with us as we intercede and pray for South Africa’s unity, leadership, and social challenges, trusting in the power of our loving God to bring transformation. There are various opportunities for you to join us as we intentionally pray together – take note and join us for one or more! 🤗

  • Sunday morning prayer – led by our Elders | 09:30-10:00, Prayer Room
  • Wednesday night prayer | 19:30-20:30, online via Zoom
  • Worship and prayer eveningslast Wednesday of every month | 19:30, Minor Auditorium

You can also visit the Prayer Room with a friend, family member, or your community group and pray together. There are interactive stations, specially set up by our pastors, which you can participate in.

The Prayer Room is open every day between 06:00 and 18:00!

Step out with us on this journey of faith, as we pray for the nation we hold dear and embrace the beauty of unity and restoration.

“I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people – for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. This is good, and pleases God our Saviour … ”
