Join us at the Tshwane Spar Women’s Challenge 2024!

Ladies, we’re excited to invite you to join our Hatfield Women’s discipleship community at the Tshwane Spar Women’s Challenge 2024! 👟🎽🏃‍♀️🚶‍♀️
This year’s race takes place at SuperSport Park on Saturday, 3 August, and it promises to be a wonderful opportunity for fun, fitness, fellowship, and prayer. There are different ways to get involved – you can run in the race, walk the race, or be there to support our Hatfield community!

If you are running or walking in the race

The event details are as follows:

  • Date: Saturday, 3 August 2024
  • Location: SuperSport Park, Centurion
  • Race options: 5km or 10km
  • Race start time: 14:00

How to participate

You can enter the race at participating Spar stores or online at sparwomenstshwane.co.za. Choose between the 5km or 10km race (NOTE: unlicensed athletes in the 10km must purchase a temporary licence and wear it on the back of the vest). The race kicks off at 14:00, so be sure to arrive early to get settled and ready.

Prayer Gazebo: The world’s greatest wireless network

We’ll host a prayer gazebo from 10:00 to 17:00 to provide prayer support for anyone in need. Whether you’re participating in the race or just there to enjoy the day, we invite you to visit us for a moment of prayer, to collect a prayer card with pointers, encouragement, and support.

🏅🏅🏅

Not racing? No problem!

Even if you’re not up for running or walking, you can still be part of the day’s festivities. Entry to SuperSport Park on the day is free, so come along, enjoy a walk-about on the field, and make sure to stop by our prayer gazebo.

Show your support

Everyone – women, men, young and old – can sow a seed towards this prayer initiative by purchasing your buff and wristbands at the tables after the service on Sundays (14, 21, 28 July) or at Cre-Ate Café when you grab a coffee.

  • Prayer buffs: available for R50 each.
  • Prayer wristbands: available for R15 each.

Join our community on a mission in prayer

This event is more than just a race; it’s a chance to come together as a community on a mission, to support each other, and to be a frontline beacon of hope and faith. We look forward to seeing you there and sharing this incredible experience with you. 🤗
