Hatfield Christian Church is an eldership-led church under the leadership of Senior Pastor Francois van Niekerk, who works in close alignment with the Visionary Team in all decision-making. Pastor Francois is also leader of The Christian Network (TCN) in southern Africa and partner of a number of networks that span across the globe.
The Visionary Team is comprised of a core group of elders who are responsible for the spiritual vision and guidance of our local body. This team is ultimately responsible for the vision, ethos, value system and policies of the church.
The Pastoral Team consists of a team of pastors and their wives, whose primary concern is the care of His people. A key goal is to facilitate connection and encourage growth.
The Management Team is appointed to ensure the smooth-running of the church on an operational level. In alignment with the church’s vision, this team ensures good stewardship of resources and facilitates the optimisation of these for greatest impact.
